The authors regret to inform that they discovered an error in Figure 3 in the original published version of the article (https://doi.org/10.1016/j.ultsonch.2019.104654) as one SEM image (x = 0.02) was unintentionally duplicated by a zoomed one (x = 0.00) during the process of copying and pasting between a large number of images. Fortunately, no any of the other results were affected by this unintentional error. The corrected version of Figure 3 are attached. The authors would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused.
