N2 - Among the salient stages in the electronic payment system is the authentication of the owner of the payment card. This hints that due to the different software used by hackers, passwords are susceptible to be intercepted in the real time and hence deployed again with the help of special software. At first to solve the authentication's problem, one solution to this, as we proposed in the e-commerce, is the use of SMS (Short Message System) as an extended method of customer authentication. The application consists in integrating an SMS adhesion service in the existent system allowing thereby the association of the client mobile number with his e-payment card. Such association aims to send an SMS to the client for each transaction performed. This SMS includes the amount (value) for his purchases to pay and a unique secret code which the client has to insert in the webpage to validate his e-payment. Second to solve this problem radically, we propose completely a new way to pay in e-commerce, which is to use another system than internet which can be Telecom system by using mobile phone. The approach is to separate the purchase operations that can be performed by Internet, and the e-payment operations will be based only on Telecom system by using the mobile phone, so the e- commerce system become more securely than using only internet.
