Dr. Ebtisam A. Aldaais is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Radiological Sciences, College of Applied Medical Sciences, at Imam Abdulrahman Bin Faisal University, Saudi Arabia. She holds a Ph.D. in Biomedical Engineering and an M.S. in Physics from the University of South Carolina, USA, and a B.S. in Physics from King Faisal University, Saudi Arabia.

Her research focuses on computational biomedical engineering, polymer-based drug delivery systems, polymer physics, theoretical and numerical modeling, and biomedical applications of nanomaterials. Her work involves the development and application of computational methods to investigate polymer conformations, molecular interactions, controlled drug delivery, and biomolecular systems. Her research also extends to medical imaging, radiation physics, and computational analysis in radiological sciences.

Dr. Aldaais has extensive experience in academic teaching, research, curriculum development, and university leadership. She served as Head of the Department of Radiological Sciences from 2022 to 2025 and previously held the position of Vice Dean of Student Affairs at the College of Engineering. She is actively involved in academic development, research supervision, interdisciplinary collaborations, and community engagement.
