Personal profile
Dr. Nouf Khalifa Al-Saleem is an Assistant Professor and Head of the Department of Physics at the College of Science and Humanities – Jubail, Imam Abdulrahman Bin Faisal University. She received her PhD in Theoretical Physics from Imam Abdulrahman Bin Faisal University (2023), her MSc from King Faisal University (2013) and her BSc from Imam Abdulrahman Bin Faisal University (2002). Her research covers the photothermal, optical and electrical characterisation of graphene-based and multilayer materials, finite-element and DFT modelling, and materials for renewable energy, including perovskite solar cells, fuel cells and energy storage. She has served twice as department head (2014–2018 and since 2023), contributes to academic program accreditation and quality, and is a certified academic quality reviewer with the Education & Training Evaluation Commission.
