I am a Sport Science and Physical Activity academic with 20 years of experience in university teaching, academic development, and scientific research. I have authored and published numerous research papers in internationally indexed journals, with a research focus related to sports training, physical activity, and sport science.

I contributed to the establishment and development of the Sport Science and Physical Activity Program at Imam Abdulrahman Bin Faisal University, supporting its academic and curricular development. I was also honored with the Academic Excellence in Teaching Award in the Faculty Member category, recognizing my commitment to high-quality university teaching and student learning.

My teaching experience includes specialized courses within the Sport Science and Physical Activity Program, such as Motor Learning and Control, Sports Nutrition, Women's Artistic Gymnastics, and Group Training. I teach these courses in both Arabic and English, integrating theoretical knowledge with practical applications to support students' academic and professional development.
